When Eric decided he wanted to show he hoped we could find him a nice quiet horse that would "teach him the ropes" on the open show circuit. Never in a million years did he ever dream he would have the opportunity to own and show a multiple World Champion like Zippos Easy Rider. Thanks to Linda Lewis that dream has come true for Eric.

He and "Ben" made their debut at the DPHC show in January 08.

At the end of the weekend I watched Eric jump four feet off the ground when his name was announced as the High-Point Novice Amateur . He ran all the way to the office to pick up his prize !!!! We take winning seriously at Dubin Farms !!! GIGGLE

And Eric and Ben didn't stop there.

In March they hit their first Big Paintorama in Newberry Florida.

You guessed it.................They won the High Point Novice Amateur Award again with points earned in Showmanship, Equitation, Western Pleasure, Horsemanship, and Trail. They even laid out a pretty cute Western Riding pattern!!

Dreams do come true.

All it takes is a great horse like Ben, a man like Eric who is willing to give it his all, and a great friend like Linda Lewis.
